AI potential analysis: see in 30 seconds where AI pays off most for your company

Most executive teams know AI matters. What they are missing is the answer to a simpler question: where exactly does it help in their own company – and where do they start?

That is why we built the AI potential analysis. You enter your company's website and after about 30 seconds you see three concrete use cases, each with its effort and a first step. Free and without sign-up, right on the homepage of bit-partners.ch.

Why «Which AI tool?» is the wrong first question

Many AI projects start with the tool: licences are bought, access is handed out, and then everyone waits for the impact. A few weeks later it turns out nobody quite knows what it is for. The tool was not the problem. The question before it was missing.

The better way round is to look at the work first – the tasks that repeat, take time and need knowledge – and only then choose the tool. Typical candidates in an SME are enquiries that get similar answers every time, knowledge that sits in folders and in people's heads, and processes where data is retyped from one system into the next.

Which of these pays off first depends on your business. An accounting firm has different levers from a trades business or an online shop. That is where the analysis comes in.

How the AI potential analysis works

  • Enter your website: you type your company's address into the field on our homepage. No sign-up is needed.
  • Reading: the tool reads the public content of your website – the homepage and up to two further pages such as «About us» or «Services».
  • Understanding: an AI model summarises what your company does and derives use cases that fit your business. Generic advice like «use ChatGPT» is explicitly ruled out.
  • Result: after about 30 seconds you see three use cases, ordered by value, and a first step.

If your website says too little about your business, the tool asks for a one-sentence description instead of guessing.

What you get

Each of the three use cases has a short title, the benefit for your company and an explanation of how it would work in practice – in plain language, without jargon. Two classifications help you decide:

  • Effort: small, medium or large. The next section explains what that means.
  • Stage: where the use case sits in our building-block approach. Stage 1 is the foundation (introducing AI tools with clear rules), stage 2 connects your own knowledge (the AI accesses your data, with permissions), stage 3 automates (AI agents take over defined steps of work).

It ends with a concrete first step. Usually it is something you can settle internally before any money is spent – an inventory, for example, or a rule for how your team uses AI.

How much effort does AI really take in an SME?

This question comes up in every first conversation. The analysis assigns each use case one of three levels:

  • Small effort: existing AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT are set up for your company – with rules, templates and good prompts, without development. First estimate: a few days to about two weeks.
  • Medium effort: the AI is connected to your own data or systems, such as your document storage, CRM or mailbox. First estimate: about two to six weeks.
  • Large effort: custom development, or AI agents that work across several systems on their own. First estimate: about two to three months or more.

The analysis deliberately gives no prices. What a use case costs depends on your systems, your data and the scope you want, and putting a serious number on it takes a conversation. The levels do show you where you can start with a manageable investment – often a small-effort case that builds experience quickly.

What the analysis cannot do

The analysis only sees what is on your website. It does not know your internal processes, your systems or the places where your team loses time today. It is a first assessment: a good starting point for a discussion in your management team, but not a finished concept.

If you want to go further, there are two ways:

  • The detailed analysis by email: for each use case it explains why it fits you, how it works, what it takes, what to consider for data protection and what the first 30 days look like. For this, the tool reads up to five further pages of your website. It reaches your inbox in about two minutes, and afterwards we get in touch with you personally once.
  • A conversation: 30 minutes via Microsoft Teams, free of charge. The three use cases are already filled into the booking, so we can start straight with your case.

What happens to your data

The analysis works only with publicly accessible content from your website. It is created by an AI model from Anthropic (Claude). Anthropic's terms for use through its programming interface state that customer content is not used to train models.

We receive a copy of every analysis. That shows us which questions companies are dealing with and lets us advise you specifically if you are interested. We only receive your email address if you request the detailed analysis or book a call. The details are in our privacy policy (in German).

What to do now

  • Start the analysis: enter your company's website on bit-partners.ch. It takes about 30 seconds.
  • Discuss it with your management team: take the three use cases to your next meeting. The question is not whether all of them are right, but which one saves you the most time.
  • Settle the first step: it is deliberately small and usually something you can do internally.
  • Go further if it fits: request the detailed analysis or book a call straight away. In the call we work out whether a free AI concept makes sense for your company – you receive it within two weeks, and if you wish, we implement it with you.
